Step 1 - Check & Compare Prices
Before you request your refill, take 60 seconds to see how much you could save by ordering online the medication from CostPlus.
Go to the website: Visit CostPlusDrugs.com.
Search your medication: Look up your specific medication and dosage.
Look for alternatives: If your exact brand isn’t there, look for its generic equivalent, or ask us if a cheaper alternative on their list might work for you.
If you want to buy the medication at your local pharmacy you may still be able to benefit from low prices by using Team Cuban Card at pharmacies affiliated with CostPlusDrugs.
Search your medication: Look up if your specific medication is on the list.
- Register for your Team Cuban Card.
- At pharmacy checkout -present your Team Cuban Card (Print or save to your device).
Step 2 - Request Your Refill via Pure Access Care
Want to choose Cost Plus Pharmacy? Need to switch prescribed medication? Let your Pure Access Care clinician know during your refill intake.
When filling out your Refill Request Online Intake, select either “Cost Plus Pharmacy” if you want to order the medication online from CostPlus, or one of the pharmacies affiliated with CostPlus if you want to buy medication at a local pharmacy affilieted with CostPlus.
When asked – type in the name of the medication you wish to be prescribed from Cost Plus Pharmacy (if different than original prescription)
- If medication is different than originally prescribed, Pure clinician will review your request and get back to you if there are any issues with prescribing.
Step 3 - Finalize Your Order (Crucial Step!)
If you are using a local CostPlus affiliated pharmacy – present your Team Cuban Crd at checkout.
If you are ordering the medication online from CostPlus Pharmacy – Once your Pure Access Care clinician reviews and sends your prescription to Cost Plus Pharmacy, it will not ship automatically. You must complete the setup on your end:
Create your account: Go to CostPlusDrugs.com and sign up.
Match your details: Ensure your Name, Date of Birth, and Email Address exactly match the information you gave to Pure Access Care.
Check your inbox: Cost Plus Drugs will email you as soon as they receive our prescription.
Add to cart & checkout: Log into your account, add the prescription to your cart, and pay. Your medication will be delivered straight to your doorstep!
Common Questions
Does Cost Plus Drug Company take insurance?
Cost Plus Drugs does not accept most traditional insurance because their cash prices are already lower than most insurance copays. However, they do accept certain select insurance plans (you can check their site for updates).
How long does shipping take when you orderv online from CostPlus Pharmacy?
Medications typically arrive at your door within 5 to 7 business days after you complete your online checkout. Because of this, we recommend requesting your refill at least 2 weeks before your current supply runs out.
