Maya Krieger, Co-Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in law, insurance, and medical malpractice, Maya saw firsthand that true access to care only works when it’s built on accountability and trust. After helping scale telehealth platforms as senior consultant and COO, from inception to multi-state operations, including serving as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Antidote Health, she founded Pure to redefine care around patients, outcomes, and integrity, guiding a model that is intentionally seamless, compliant, and built around human connection.
Rachel McDowell, MD, Co-Founder & Chief Clinical Officer
With over two decades as a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician in Level 1 Trauma Centers, Dr. McDowell learned that great medicine is rooted in compassion, trust, and being present for patients on their hardest days. After clinical leadership and quality roles, she moved into digital care to bring that human, high-standard approach beyond the ER. Having built and led clinical operations for health-tech platforms, she co-founded Pure to restore warmth, continuity, and integrity to care-delivering a concierge model that treats every patient as a person.
Tomer Machnai, Co-Founder & CMO / Business Development
With 24+ years in sales and marketing and a master’s degree in Marketing from FDU, Tomer focuses on clear, honest communication and partnerships that meet real needs. He shapes a patient-first experience built on proactive follow-up, simplicity, and the philosophy of “Your health, simplified.” As CMO, he tailors Pure’s solutions to each organization, ensuring care is accessible, seamless, and meaningful, and looks forward to connecting with you.
