A structured 7-month program designed to help most patients reach a maintenance dosage by month 7, with proactive check-ins, personalized prescribing when clinically appropriate, and support that continues after your visit.
The 7-Month Plan (What You Get)
Month 1
Starts with a Sync (video) visit after a thorough intake, so you can make better-informed decisions on joining the program and medication choice, guided by your clinician (based on medical considerations + cost) and set expectations clearly.
Months 2-6
Async check-ins (secure online check-ins) to track progress, side effects, and dosage preference (stay on same dosage, increase, or decrease).
Month 7
Async (video) plan review, as you have reached maintenance dosage - to evaluate outcomes, align on next steps, and prescribe accordingly for the next few months.

Medication Options (Evidence-Based)
Your clinician evaluates your health history, goals, and access constraints to recommend the safest option. Medication may include:
- Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound)
- Semaglutide (Wegovy)
- Oral Semaglutide (Wegovy)
- Others (Metformin, Contrave, etc.)
Not everyone needs medication, and not every formulation is appropriate for every person. If we can’t find a safe, appropriate option that fits your budget and access constraints, we’ll say so before continuing with the program.
